In PowerPoint, a file is called a "Presentation". MS Word file is always saved with the extension of .pptx (2007......)

So, This is a very important software for people of all age groups, in schools, in colleges, and for official purposes.
Starting MS PowerPoint.....
There are three methods to Open or Start MS PowerPoint -
- Click on the search box in the taskbar and then type Run and click on the Run option. A text box appears after clicking. In that text box, type PowerPoint and press the Enter key.
- Double click on the Microsoft PowerPoint icon available on the desktop.
- Click on the Start button. On opening the start menu, select the program option. After selecting MS-OFFICE or program from the menu received, select MS-PowerPoint and click.
Or Start ->All Programs -> MS-Office ->Microsoft Office POWERPOINT.
Or Start ->Go Alphabetically M->MS-Office-> Click on Dropdown Menu->Select MS PowerPoint.
Or Start + R -> POWERPOINT -> click ok or press ENTER.
How to create an MS-PowerPoint ?
To create an MS PowerPoint Presentation, First, we open the software, Then once the program is open, we select the Home tab then New Slide, or select Layout, after that we will click on the dropdown arrow and choose the layout slide from there which we want.
